About Kelly Witte

Kelly is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner licensed to prescribe psychiatric medications with supportive therapy. Kelly understands that life brings its own challenges and tribulations and recognizes the courage it takes to seek guidance from a mental health provider.

Through collaboration and building on her patient’s unique strengths, Kelly works with her patients to develop a strategic treatment plan for reducing mental health symptoms and supporting physical health needs to promote overall wellness.

Kelly earned both her Bachelor and Master of Science degrees in Nursing from the University of Texas at Austin. She has worked in a variety of mental health settings and incorporates this broad experience into a holistic, individualized approach to patient care.

Kelly understands that there is no “one size fits all” approach to mental health care and that medications often complement a multifaceted approach to mental heath treatment. She incorporates elements of supportive therapy to her medication management style and collaborates closely alongside therapists.

Kelly sees adult patients and treats mood disorders, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), sleep disorders, attention deficit hyperactivity disorders (ADHD), and substance use disorders among others.
