About Emma Perry

Emma Perry, a board certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP-BC), takes a holistic, integrative, and individualized approach to provide compassionate and evidence based mental healthcare. As a APRN, Emma is licensed to prescribe medications as well as to provide supportive therapy. 

 

Emma earned her Bachelors in Nursing at Johns Hopkins, and obtained her Masters in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing from Texas Tech.  She has nearly fifteen years of nursing experience, and worked in a variety of settings.  She has extensive experience in trauma, grief and loss, life transitions, mood disorders, and is LGBTQIA + aware and affirming.

 

Emma uses thorough assessments and a blended humanistic approach to create comprehensive care plans uniquely suited to her clients needs. The therapeutic alliance is the cornerstone of her care, being mindful of creating a space where someone can feel safe, heard, and understood.

 

Emma sees adult patients and can treat a variety of mood, anxiety, depression, substance use, sleep disorders among other diagnoses.   She is comfortable working with those who identify as neurodivergent, trans/non-binary, and who are on the autism spectrum.
