About Holly Kerby

Holly is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) and Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) with over 15 years of experience in the field of psychiatry. Holly is licensed in Texas and trained to  provide medication management with a therapeutic approach.

Holly earned both her Bachelors and Masters of Science degrees in Nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington. She is a member of the American Psychiatric Nurses Association (APNA).

Holly believes that building a trusting and meaningful connection is the key foundation of a therapeutic patient/provider relationship. She believes that each individual has within them the capacity to become their best self when provided a compassionate, empathic, non-judgmental, and safe space to communicate their symptoms.

Holly draws from her experience working in the inpatient, partial hospital and intensive outpatient levels of care. She also has experience with dual diagnosis residential treatment, outpatient, forensics, and home health settings to compliment her practice.

Holly treats mood disorders, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), sleep disorders, attention deficit hyperactivity disorders (ADHD), and substance use disorders among others.
